UPPER BASE CAMP FISHING REPORT

REPORTING FOR THE WEEK OF JULY 24 TO JULY 31, 2021

WATER TEMP AND CLARITY
Water temps cooled off a little this week and averaged right around fifty degrees. With no rain the river has been dropping and is crystal clear.

We had mostly cloudy weather this week with a couple days of wind gusting to 25 mph. We didn’t see the sun very much but made it through the week with no rain.

HOT FLY OF THE WEEK
We still threw the mouse pattern most of the week. Egg patterns and beads are also working well.

HIGHLIGHT OF THE WEEK
This group has been fishing with us for years so the highlight for us was spending time with great friends!
