UPPER BASE CAMP FISHING REPORT

REPORTING FOR THE WEEK OF JULY 10 TO JULY 17

WATER TEMP AND CLARITY
Wow!! What a difference in just one week. By Wednesday we had 52 degree water temps in the morning and 55 in the late afternoon and the river is clear and dropping like a rock!!!

WEATHER CONDITIONS
A little fog in the morning and then warm and sunny all week, with just enough wind to keep the bugs down!!

HOT FLY OF THE WEEK
If it works don’t fix it.

HIGHLIGHT OF THE WEEK
The highlight of the week was the warm sunny days and the effect it had on our fishing. The first warm water of the season is always epic trout fishing and this year was incredible.
