COMMENTS FOR THE WEEK:

This was another incredible week of fishing on the Kanektok with an all-star crew of guests. With the low clear water this was some of the best trout fishing behind spawning salmon that we’ve seen in a couple years. The Dollie fishing continues to be lights out. We’re catching a handful of big colored up Dollies and lots of dime bright 12–18-inch fish. This week we had a ton of fun fishing Silvers, catching lots of them on everything from a black and white dolly llamas to pink jigs. We even caught good numbers of Grayling and Jack Kings rolling the bead for Trout and Dollies. We have more spawning Kings in the river then we have seen in 12 plus years, with lots of adult fish! Overall, it was another amazing week with great people and awesome fishing to add to a fantastic season. We had lots of laughs and a lot of bent rods!
