Tom Hyatte with a beautiful Bow!!

WATER TEMPERATURE AND CLARITY:

Water temps have finally reached the upper to mid-50s range that we love. Clarity has
improved to 6 feet plus.

WEATHER CONDITIONS:

We started out with very sunny and warm days and evenings with temps reaching as high
as the 88F! Temps and conditions have dropped back into the mid-50s and cloudy
conditions towards the tail end of the week.

HOT FLY OF THE WEEK:

Pink jigs and jig-style flies caught large numbers of King, Chum, Humpy, and even some
Silver Salmon where the mouse is still catching lots of trout.

HIGHLIGHT OF THE WEEK:

SUNSHINE, BABY!

QUOTE OF THE WEEK:

“The return of the Salmon Sisters!”

WILDLIFE SPOTTED:

Lots of beaver, fox, and mink were seen this week.

COMMENTS FOR THE WEEK:

We currently have all 5 salmon species in the river and the spawn is swiftly approaching.
We still have lots of chrome Chum, Humpies and Sockeye coming in and the Silvers are
expected to be in the river in targetable numbers very soon. Trout and Dollies are biting
well and are expected to get even better as the spawn nears.
