A beautiful Rainbow.

WATER TEMPERATURE AND CLARITY:
The river is clear and water temp have been between 49 and 51 degrees.

WEATHER CONDITIONS
We had a storm blow through on Monday through Wednesday morning with a substantial amount of heavy rain. The river came up about five inches. Now it is dropping and just about back to its lowest level for this year.

HOT FLY OF THE WEEK:
The Hoodrat, and Dolly Llamas. The Mouse has been fishing great!

HIGHLIGHT OF THE WEEK:
We had some great friends and longtime guests this week. The mouse was the go to fly most of the week although during the storm the wet flies were fishing better.

QUOTE OF THE WEEK:
I cannot count the number of weeks I have been on the Chosen River with the Duncans. Every week has been GREAT!!

WILDLIFE SPOTTED:
We have been seeing a lot of Moose this year. We have also seen Caribou, Wolves and a wayward Porcupine .

COMMENTS FOR THE WEEK:
A fun week with great friends. This next week is shaping up to be a great one. The river is in good shape and dropping and filling up with salmon. Sockeyes are marching by camp in big numbers.
